Because our services involve custom, done-for-you work that begins immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited once the intake form has been submitted and work has commenced. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Free Strategy Calls
Strategy calls are offered at no cost. No payment is required and no refund applies.
Business Case — $129
Work on your Promotion Business Case begins as soon as you submit your intake form. Due to the custom nature of this deliverable:
- Before intake form submission: Full refund available upon request within 24 hours of purchase.
- After intake form submission: No refund once work has commenced, as significant time and expertise have been applied to your specific situation.
- If we fail to deliver within 48 hours of your completed intake form submission (excluding weekends): you are entitled to a full refund.
Business Case + Coaching — $299
This package includes both the done-for-you document and a private coaching session.
- Before intake form submission: Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase.
- After intake form submission but before coaching session: Partial refund of $170 (the coaching session portion) if you have not yet attended the session.
- After coaching session is delivered: No refund.
- If we fail to deliver the document within 48 hours of your completed intake: full refund available.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your name, purchase date, and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks on delivered services may result in account termination.
